The TEEM motorway-grade route does not directly impact Settala municipal territory. It is, however, the site of an ancillary work: the link between the “Cerca” Strada Provinciale 39 and the “Paullese” Strada Provinciale 415. A total of around 1.2 km-long, this link road will provide a new route to serve medium/long-distance traffic, bypassing the built-up area of Caleppio di Settala.

The “Muzza-San Biagio di Rossate” Special Environmental Project, embracing a number of municipalities in the Lodi and Milan areas, also runs through Settala territory: an extensive (9 km plus) network of cycle/pedestrian paths, in addition to a major project to restore the Bramante-inspired church of San Biagio di Rossate in the hamlet of Lavagna di Comazzo.
